4.1 Modular Adsorption Systems

CPL Carbon Link offer a standard range of modular filters for use in both the liquid and vapour phases. The CLEAN•FLO® modular adsorbers provide a solution to the control of VOC emissions to atmosphere and prevent the discharge of dissolved organics at levels over permitted consents.

The modular design allows multiple units to be used in either parallel or series configuration to suit a variety of duties and the most rigorous levels of abatement required. The basic premise behind the CLEAN•FLO® range is to provide a quick, simple and economical method of providing effective environmental protection. This is made possible due to the simplistic design allowing quick installation and operation. In addition to this, the units are free-standing and can be used in a variety of schemes including rental and on-site/off-site servicing plans.

CLEAN-FLO AT1 modular filter The range consists of filter units designed to ensure effective and efficient cleaning of waste streams using the proven adsorptive properties of activated carbon.

Construction and design parameters are combined to result in optimum adsorption kinetics in the filter and practical dynamic and hydraulic characteristics ensure integration with other process plant is easily achieved.
